Warp speed is the fasted is space travel.
However I think that Dr. Who with his ability to travel anywhere in time would have to be considered the fastest with his tartis.

Actually, there is a hypothesis in quantum physics called entanglement.

Briefly, and with caveats, the idea is that subatomic particles can be "entangled" whereby what happens to one particle at a particular location in space-time, has an instant and identical affect on the entangled particle at a different time-space location.

If this hypothesis is correct, then a particle could have and identical and instantaneous affect on a particle (or particles) billions of light years away.

Theoretically, then this would be much much faster than creating even a wormhole.

one of the fastest is the one used in star trek

'beam me up scotty' is what captain james t. kirk always say

this is a teleporter where in the principle says that the atoms or human atoms are disintegrated at one place and reconstructed at another

note: one of the scary movie about teleporting is 'the fly'

but watching too many sci-fi movies would tell you that teleporters are commonly used in short distances where galaxy to galaxy travel is shortened by 'light speed' as popularized by starwars.

the ships are supposed to generate enough energy that can propel them into the speed of light (possible? you tell me when you found out)

recently, one of the fastest intergalactic travel transport was created by 'stargate'. the movie opposes my view that teleporters are only used in short distances. this one teleports you to another world in a far distant galaxy (eat your heart out millenium falcon)

Most sci-fi movies make the assumption that faster-than-light travel is possible. It's kind of hard to compare them since they are, in fact, in different movies.
However, the quickest travel (assuming you don't go back in time) is one where you get to where you want to go instantly. That would pretty much put "wormholes" at the top of any list.

A worm hole.
It is instantaneous
