My mom and dad really liked my ex boyfriend, they still talk to him and hangout and all that stuff..which is fine with me..the problem is my mom thinks I should still be with him..and If I try to go out with someone else she calls me a whore and *lut and just a lot of hurtful names...I'm just 17 I don't want to be tied down to anyoneand I wish she could understand that..How Do get her to understand that and how do I forgive her for all the hurtful things she has said?

Your MOM??? talks to you like that??!! That's deplorable. You sound like you have your act together....stick to your guns. Don't argue with her....you can't reason with the "mental giant" she thinks she is. And please remember someday when you have children set a better example of how an adult should talk to their children.
