Usually aching in the lower back, perhaps some bloating. Cramping that feels like someone has a vise grip on your uterus and is trying to pull it out... Usually increased mucus in the vaginal area, that turns slightly pinkish and then bright red. Some may start with darker brownish discharge also.

Somach cramps mainly on one side instead of both. Because only one ovary is active at a time.
A dark brown fluid usually comes before the period starts and when it is redy to stop.

my lower back starts to kill me. especially when bending down to pick up something on the floor. and I start feeling very bloated. usually about 3 pounds or so of water weight. and going to the bathroom constantly even when I haven't had anything to drink. but the back hurting is the most tell tale sign.

Some of the signs r that you start to get cranky and upset about some of the smallest things usually people start to notice that ur getting cranky

well,unexpeted blood in ur panties could be one.also u may be feeling weird and might be having cramps.people around u may say uve been being irritable lately.about 1 year before ur period,u start having white stuff in ur panties.that can also be a sign its comin up.

The parts below your stomach and above your pelvic bone make noises and might starting cramping.
Your breasts feel denser and more sensitive.

well it depends on the person for me i usually get a pimple and my stomache will start to hurt a lil but it just depends on the person

well.i would have to say that probably..two years after your chest develops. you should get it soon after you get discharge in your panties!
