Would you feel comfortable if your bf or gf went out with an ex or hung out with out you? You have no reason to not trust them, but would you ride behind them in an unmarked car, ask them not to go, or let them go without argument?

I would feel a bit uneasy, but just a touch. If there's no reason to not trust them, then I would be okay with it. Would I ride behind them in an unmasked car? No. Because that, my dear stranger, is called STALKING, and is infact frowned upon in most societies.

I wouldn't like it, but I wouldn't stalk them either. As far as trust goes, I don't really trust anyone anymore, so I'd likely just dump my current bf due to his disloyalty for being friends with an ex. An ex is an ex for a reason and if a bf or gf cannot see that, then what is the point of being with them.

some people stay friends with exes, but yah, if i was dating someone new, yet they seemed to always want to be with their ex instead, then i would have a problem. but if it was a partner i had been with for a long time and developed strong trust with, then the occasional get-together with an ex shouldn't be an issue.. no, i won't follow them. it's all about trust.

i too have one ex that i am still friends with, and this friend will always be a part of my life. no new partner will ever force me to end the friendship. that's just the way i am.. but i don't see a need to have secret or private visits with her.. if i start dating again, and if i want to visit my ex, then my new partner would certainly be welcome to attend the meeting. i have nothing to hide.

I have every right not to trust my girlfriend's ex just as she has every right to not trust mine. It's obvious that both of them have tried to come between us in the past. Her ex made up all this crap about my gf and their past relationship to try to get me to leave her and my ex fully came onto me while my gf was outside.

No, I would not follow them because they damn well better not be "hanging out" together.

There is NO reason why your partner should hang out with their ex without you. Unless you're already good friends with the ex, or they've been best friends since age 3, there's no excuse for it.

i would feel uncomfortable. i'm actually experiencing that right now. i'm actually going to talk to this guy that i've started seeing, about this. i realize that sometimes, people need to be friends with their ex, for any reason that they may have. however, the ex should not be texting and calling him every single freaking minute that he's with me, and to make things worse, he responds back!

I would'nt follow them but May be after this i will not be with my gf....

The reason is that ur partner shld be happy with u and shld like to spend their maximum time with u.....but if they like to spend their time with some one else more then u......then no need to be together.....

This is not the question of trust or dont trust.......

i would tell them that you feel uncomfortable. tell them that you trust them, its their ex that you don't trust. if they still really want to go then let them, but if they really love you i think that they will consider your feelings and not go

Ummm... never would let my man go out with his ex. That's just asking for trouble... to me. Why would he want to hang out with his ex if he has you?
