My BFF says her period is 5 weeks late shes taken 3 preg. tests so far and all negative, she is having all the symptoms of getting her period without the bleeding, she is also having pains in her lower abdomed with sugnificent pressure at times, could it be a tubal, stress? She is goung thru a LOT right now.

yes it probably is stress, have her go to a doctor and check it out. This happened to me and the dr gave me birth control pills to start my period....dieting can do it too.

See ththing about abdominal pain is that it could be many things. If she has taken 3 tests it could be that the pregnancy hormone is still to low to be detected. If she is not pregnant it could be that she is worried about maybe being pregnant and that is making her not start. The only way to really know is to go to the doctor and ask them to do a serum blood test.

It could be anything. Stress, diet...
If she is testing w/first morning urine then she should get a correct answer.
If she is worried she should go see a doc. I missed a period for 3 months and wasn't preg.

Hi your bestie needs to go to the doctor and have a blood test for pregnancy.If it's not an ectopic(tubal) pregnancy it could possibly be appendicitis.Really, if she is in a lot of pain she needs to see a doctor.good luck with her.let us know the outcome via the comments box please.
