Reoccurent yeast infections?

I had a question about this a few days ago, my problem is that my bf and i get reoccurent yeast infections (ping-pong affect, they go back and forth), and his doctors said it was incurable, and gave him hydrocortozone mixed with something else. If you have heard of anything else that could "curE" him (i.e. medications that he could recommend or ask his doc about) please let me know. I have had no problem curing mine, but it is him i am worried about (he is uncircumcised) so that is why he can even get the infections in the first place. Please help me out if you know anything!!! It would be nice if there was a pill or ointment to cure everything, but some things require rethinking to fix. Yeast infections happen in warm, moist places (duh) and the male and female genetalia are prime spots. It's hard to git rid of and ping-poning is pretty common. An uncircumcised male is a rareity now days for the very reason that removing the foreskin helps prevent infections. So your boyfriend needs to get clean. Not just after sex, but all the time. Does he wear nylon briefs? Go to white cotten underwear, both of you. Cotton absorbs moisture and can be washed in hot water with a little bleach, which will kill any stray spores. Regular washing with soap and water for him and he needs to pull the foreskin back both when he washes and when he dries. Get that penis clean and dry, the spores can't fruit and he is safe. You, too. If you work, take a packet of baby wipes, sealed in a plactic bag, with you to work. Use them to wipe and clean yourself after using the toilet. He just needs to really get serious about keeping his penis clean and dry. Or he needs to go get circumcised. It really is healthier.
Heavy breasted women get yeast infections under their breasts. Talk about uncomfortable. I use Gold Bond powder all summer under my bra and in my panties. No yeast for me, thank you.

Who ever has the yeast infection needs to temporarily cut back on Sugars and breads and take some acidophilus. You can get acidophilus in your plain yogurts at the health food stores, make sure it says that it contains live cultures. But because you need to get alot of acidophilus,there is a product that is a liquid that has lots of live acidolphilus cultures that you drink. That would probably be the best, as for woman you can actually douch with it if needed for releif so I don't see why a guy couldn't just put some on with a cotton ball where its needed.. They also put it in capsules. You can find these things in the refridgerated section at the health food store. This is a good Natural way to take care of the problem. Its what I use when ever I get one.

I have had yeast infections in the past and have always cured the problem by using the same vaginal cream my wife uses to clear up her infection. Just pull back the foreskin and cover the whole head with the cream about twice a day for a week and the infection should be gone. Yeast infections in men and women are caused by the same bacteria so the same cream works for both.

well there is this thing called lotramin af u can get it at like wal mart it might not cure it but if it is an external yeast infection it will help if it is internal there is a pill try going to your local pharmacy for some options and when u wash be sure to dry it my friend's docter told her to use a blowdryer to just dry it i know kinda embarresing but it will help for an external yeast infection

I think Ph balance has something to do with it. Yeast is opportunistic, and given the opportunity will propagate. Why not wash? The Almighty gave us a great gift in love marriage and sex. If you take it apart, you destroy it.

make sure he washes before hand. You can also do try some more natural things like drinking cranberry juice, eating yogurt. Its a simple dietary change and it works.
