It looks kinda like you may be doing something with simultaneous equations, but the way you've typed it in I have -no- idea at all what you're asking.

(1) X + 13Y = 14 5X + 65Y = 70
5X + Y = 14 5X + Y = 14
--------------------
64Y = 56
Y = 7/8 5X + 7/8= 14
5X = 13 1/8
X = 2 5/8

(2) 2X + 2Y = 19
2X - 2Y = 5
----------------------------
4X = 24
X = 6
2(6)+2Y=19 12 + 2Y = 19 2Y = 7 Y = 3 1/2

(3) A - B = 2
A+B = 2
--------------------
2A = 4
A = 2
2 + B = 2 B =0

(4) 2X - Y = 8 4X - 2Y = 16
4X +3Y = 36 4X + 3Y = 36
---------------------
-5Y = -20
Y = 4
2X - 4 = 8 2X = 12 X =6
