Sounds like it could be labor. I know the loose stools, diarrhea, and dizzyness are all signs of labor. You might want to go to your doctoe or at least give him a call. He might want to see you so he can check your cervix and make sure you are not too dialated. It is still a llittle early for the little one to come out. Drink alot of water. I know that is probably the last thing that you want to do right now but it should help. You do not want to get dehydrated at this time.

It's time to call the doctor and see if you should go to the hospital to be monitored, and to have the baby monitored. If you are feeling dizzy and have headaches, maybe you are not getting enough oxygen, which means neither is baby. Call the doctor before this turns into an emergency. or like dee_ann said, it could be your blood pressure, or any number of other things. The point is, dizzyness is a sign that warrants calling the doc.

get in touch with your doctor asap and see what he or she has to say . they will probably want to see you . there may not be anything wrong after all that a little rest can't solve . don't panic you'll just cause yourself stress which is not good either . if you feel something is wrong listen to your instincts and see your doctor on a regular basis . if there is something wrong and you do not seek medical attention your baby could be born premature and it could also cause problems for both of you . don't play around with feeling ill especially if you've been exposed to anyone who has the flu cause that is what it sounds like you have . be sure to keep well hydrated . i live in Missouri and we have a nasty flu going around . i wish you luck . GOD BLESS!!

For some woman the third trimester can be like the first trimester all over again, with morning sickness, unusual feelings, ect. So it should be normal. but hye if you arent sure you always know you can ask your obgyn. Good luck. Only a little over a month to go!

If I was you I would go see your Dr, Its probably nothing but you are better to play it safe. You will feel better with an answer from a Dr rather than people with wild ideas.

Call the doc! I've heard of people getting diahrrea before going into labor. but, who knows? I think all of it is normal, but not the dizziness... definatley call your doctor just to make sure! They might send you to the ER.... Hope everything works out for you!

Early signs of labour maybe????
(could be a flu though)
Rest, drink water and wait. If you feel worse or change go to emerge.
good luck.
