well i just got mine done,and i took them off about 3weeks after and i took them off lik last wednesday,when can i get them done again ,and it would b safe and healthy for my nails

You can get your nails done now. Getting your nails done, will make your real nails weak and brittle. If your natural nails are strong and you can get them to grow I would stick to that. If not then get your naills done!

Warning!!! Have you ever seen a nail tech with those nails on? They are generally bad for your natural nail. But, just like you...I do love the way they look too!!! From what I have learned, as long as you soak them off in acetone instead of letting them yank them off you can keep from really harming your natural nail. I have also been told to give your nails a break every few months from the nails. I am wearing my natural nails right now, but wore those nails for a long time and my natural nails survived! Enjoy!

I have done that before, but it depends on how you took them off. If you tore them off, then about two weeks would probably give your nails time to heal. If you used acetone, then about a week. Usually the nail place won't do it if your nails are too thin anyway, so just keep a clear coat on and probably wait at least a week.
