Has anyone heard of these people? Their fax looks like a scam, offering buyers in any area, and a no-cost "business analysis"

Someone who offers an analysis that costs nothing doesn't do an objective analysis. If your business meets their desired profile, the profile you will receive will be glowing.
Business owners constantly receive these open ended sell your business offers that are fishing expeditions and not legitimate offers to buy. Get professional help on this and do not list the business publicly. Your competitors will use that information to the detrement of your business value.

Go to www.ripoffreport.com and do a search for Fidelity Group to see if anybody has logged any complaints about them.
