I thought The War of the Roses was pretty funny. But I haven't seen it in years and perhaps it's pretty dated now.

The Party with Peter Sellers, 1968.
Space Balls with Mel Brooks, 1987

PS to an above answer: Dont think "Hard Candy" was a funny movie at all. Just a different approach to Pedophilia. Worth watching though.

Big Man on Campus is pretty funny. It is a funny Hunchback of Notre Dame, that takes place on a college campus. The hunchback, Bob Maloogaloogaloogaloogalooga, falls in love with a girl. He does everything he can to better himself to win the girl over. The only problem is she has a boyfriend already. It is hard to explain, but it is very funny. There is also The Man With Two Brains, if you like Steve Martin. Its where Steve Martin falls in love with a brain in a jar after he marries one of his patients. All hell breaks lose when he tries to find ways to be with the brain instead of his wife. Personally, even though I love Steve Martin movies, I find Big Man on Campus, with Allan Katz, very funny.

Is Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail too well known for you? It depends on your circle I guess.

Brain Donors, I know it sounds like a horror or sci-fi movie but its not its hillarious. John Turturo is in it. If you can find it I highly suggest it.
