I suppose you mean first date... there's nothing wrong in going to a buffet on your first date.

"First day" of what?
If you're dieting, then you probably should avoid buffets unless you're in a social situation where it's not polite to. Even then, limit yourself.
Otherwise, feel free to go to buffets as often as you feel like it.

Yes, because on your first day, you should not eat from a buffet yet. That is very gassy for a newborn.

No....There's a great assortment of foods so neither of you have to be uncomfortable. Oh--and u can find out what kind of food they like......A buffet---Cant go wrong there.
