so: what were the main purposes of each system? (I know that each group of people helps to support the others, but I'm looking for a little more in depth ..)
and what were the benefits and drawbacks of feudalism?

1. Fuedalism was a political system. Manorialism was an economic system. See source 1.
2. Drawbacks of fuedalism:
- weakened the power of the central government (king)
- no class mobility
3. Benefits of fuedalism:
- Landowners protected peasants after the Roman army left.
- a stable social system
