I've been getting my period for a wile but all my friends are weirded out by it. I usually just wear a overnight pad to school and pray but I'll be at the camp for two days. How am I going to change the pad without anyone knowing, I cant even go back to the room to get pads when the time comes

use toilet paper. (neatly rolled up and placed on a pad)
it helps me only use one pad a day. (without hardly dirting it up!)
and helps avoid that wet feeling
even on my heaviest days.

Why would you need to hide this? It is completely normal, every women gets a period. You should not listen to their friends, they obviously haven't gotten theres yet. Don't try to hide it. Make sure you are changing your pad enough, you don't want to get an infection or anything. Just carry a purse with some pads in it, it isn't anyones business anyways. Don't be ashamed. Also, tampons are a lot easier and are easier to carry around with you, but if you aren't comfortable with using them then pads are fine. Just make sure you change them regularly. :)

take a purse to put the pads in & dispose of the pads like you would dispose of the toilet paper (if it doesn't involve flushing)

who cares what your friends think.....its your body and you need to take care of it....get tampons or pads and keep them in your pocket or purse.....make sure you bring enough.....good luck girl!
