It would really depend on how fast you speak. Your best bet is to type out your speech and practice it a few times( outloud) I've always found I'm a bit nervous when making speeches and talk faster than I usually do. I'd start with about 2 pgs, double spaced, and after you've practiced it a few times, you can add or delete stuff as needed.

Probably one page single spaced. My son just gave a 4 minute speech that was 3 pages, double spaced.

A 3 min. speech will be at least 1 Long bond paper size.
