Help her practice. The best way is to have her throw the ball to you,and then let you throw it to her.Batting is simple, pitch the ball at a comfortable speed and let her hit it.This should be helpful!

A good way to learn the proper throwing technique, find a wall and throw the ball at it as fast and hard as she can, put a target on it, like a pitcher would and just keep doing it over and over, a weighted ball works well, but they're hard to find. A good way to learn how to catch, put on catching gear and have someone throw balls at her over and over. she's probably just afraid of the ball a bit. hitting depends on what is wrong with her posture. if she turns the bat~you can wrap your wrists with tape it makes it a little harder to flip the bat. posture wise, your belly button and lead foot should point to where ever you want the ball to go. have her hold her breath, tighten her stomach and keep her eye on the ball. A good week in a batting cage working on posture can only help. I've played since I was 4 and still can't hit for anything! Just keep on helping her you'll give her confidence and that above all will help and make it a good time for the two of you.

Proper throwing form is a mater of proper technique. She needs to find someone that can teach her properly. It is also something that has to be practiced a lot to really be good. If you go to a softball camp you will find girls that can barely throw the ball from third to first, and others that can throw the ball from the centerfield fence to home on a line. It is not strength, it is purely proper form. Hitting is the same, it is purly proper technique. It is also something that most people over complicate.
