This is my third graphic card, before I had a pci-e and thanks to someone, I decided to wait a few months to get a new card. Now I have a second computer (My very own computer) and sadly it only has a pci slot. Now I've been told that Radeon X1300 is good and Geforce 6200 OC is good too. I want a card that will be able to give me good graphics on the Sims 2 and on World of Warcraft. What I want to know is which one is better and why?

The Radeon X1300 is a newer and more powerful card than the GeForce 6200. The cards are a generation apart. The Radeon X1300 is roughly equivalent to a GeForce 6600 or a GeForce 7300. The Sims 2 and WoW aren't very demanding games, so you're in luck.

AGP graphics cards are beter b/c they run at higher speeds than a PCI video card because fo the way it independantly process graphics information by itself.

You did say you had a NEW computer so chances are you have a good processor and a decent ammount of RAM to compensate for game-lag if you were to use a PCI video card.

You should be able to run the SIMS fine being that the game is a few years old and is not as demanding as some newer games :)

I hope this helped!

Given your situation, you don't have much of a choice. When it comes to low end cards and these are low end as you can get, then I'd have to go for the X1300. The sad thing is that for the same price as a PCI X1300 you can almost get the PCIe version of the X1650XT by all rights a fine upper middle end card.
