if you have foxtel, Buffy is being shown on there at the moment (not sure which channel) otherwise you could try downloading the episodes from LimeWire or a similar program. Hope this helps :o)

I've seen the full seasons on the WB30, if not there, you can buy any season of it at Sam's club, Wal*Mart, and sears. You can probably buy it on ebay as well. There hard to find, but I have seen them around. Good Luck. I hope this helps!
