why are we as a culture more comfortable with two men holding guns that holding hands?

It really pisses me off. There is so much violence in the world and so much corruption and dying,and all we are concerned about is who loves who and why? it seems so twisted to me. I mean,its like someones sexual orientation should be the least of your worries when there are much bigger problems to solve.its insane. someone i know killed himself because of the torment he had to endure just because hes gay. it makes me so angry.
