If you are pregnant they usually do a pap test anyway so it is safe. I had a pap test done when I was 10 weeks pregnant.

Yes. It is perfectly safe to have a pap smear during pregnancy. It is usually routine at the early prenatal visits.
Congratulations

My doc won't even do a pap if its not at least a week past the time I stopped bleeding from my period. Express your concerns to your doc about possibly being pregnant BEFORE the pap is performed. They'll be able to advise you best.

I would have to say yes. Let the Doc know of the possibility, but at your first OB appt if pregnancy is confirmed they usually do a pap to rule out possible complications.

i would talk to your doctor about the possibility of your being pregnant . they are the only ones who really know whether or not you should go through with your pap.

Yes. In fact, I think it's a good idea to get one done. Plus, the gyno might be able to tell you if you're pregnant or not if they give you a pelvic exam as well.
