Tangier to Tarifa by ferry, 30mins (see link).
Tangier to Algeciras by ferry can take anything from 1hour or more.
By plane would depend where you are flying from and to (Anything from 1hour or more).

If you fly, not long. If you take a ferry from Tangier to Tarifa or Algecira (under 25 km, I believe) about an hour and a half.

depends if you are walking, swimming, driving, biking, rollerblading, flying, hopping....
and depends from where in Morocco to where in Spain....
you can walk across the border to Ceuta or Melilla,
or you can take the ferry from Tangier to Algeciras in 1 hr. to 2 1/2 hrs.
or you can fly! hope your arms don't get too tired!
