Well it is a number of cromosmes 23 from mom and 23 from dad then it is counted and resulted in catastrophies such as the 911 and suicides etcs. and some calculations lead to end up in .666 So you be the judge!

To those who follow Discordianism the number 23 is a Holy Number of Eris.
This has been disputed by others, but Eris does not worry about it.
