I went to a check up 2day ..and he took my blood. Can he see that im pregnant? Im not really to tell my mom ..but im scared she will find out !!

Only if a pregnancy test is performed on the blood. To my knowledge, this is not done w/o the consent of the patient.
If you think you might be pregnant, though, you really need to find out as soon as you can.

Yes and once you are pregnant and start seeing an OB/GYN then will most likly take your blood and urine at your first appointment to confirm pregnancy.
At a doctors appointment most doctors will do a pregnancy test on the blood because some of the symptoms of pregnancy could be thought to be something else and they try and rule that out. They will call and talk to you about it. It is illegal for them to tell your parents. In massachusetts in most cases they give you two weeks to tell your parents or they send someone in and sit everyone down and talk about it because its putting you and that child at risk if you dont tell them and start getting prenatal care.

Yes a blood test will show if your pregnant or not but it is depending on what they are looking for when they took your blood but if they do see pregnancy levels (hcg) in your blood then they will proably be telling you but might tell your mom cause i do not know how old you are.

only if the doctor orders it but if the doctor has a feeling he will order a pregant blood test and it will give a 100% yes or no u r not

Only if he does an HCG level (this is a blood test to determine if you are pregnant). If he was doing other blood tests and did not request the HCG then probably not.

The doctor can only tell you are pregnant if they give you a pregnancy test. If you just went for a regular check up they shouldn't be running that kind of test on you. I believe they can only give you a pregnancy test with your permission.
