Both previous answers may be right...

Piet Mondrian (in his most widely recognized works) uses white backgrounds w/black lines & some of the squares filled in w/red/yellow/blue. (source below links to some of his work)

Warhol's work usually has a single image (Campbell's tomato soup cans, Marilyn Monroe) done in different colors for each image. (souce below links to some of his work)
