I googled it and couldn't find any reference to that anywhere.

With medical terms, you just have to break it down into prefixes, root words, and suffixes.

The prefix is -myo, and that refers to muscles.

The root word is -facio and that refers to the face.

The suffix is -rrhaphy and that means to suture.

So, to put it all together myofaciorrhapy would mean suturing the muscles of the face.

Hope this helps...

If you are not referring to the following: Pathological, a Compulsive, a Chronic, or a Habitual Liar. or malingering, confabulation, and narcissistic personality disorder-Ganser's syndrome Factitious disorder Malingering Psychopathy Baron von Münchhausen Munchausen syndrome Then you must be referring to Pseudologia fantastica, mythomania, or pathological lying.. Pseudologia fantastica is one of several terms applied by psychiatrists to the behaviour of habitual or compulsive lying. The defining characteristics of pseudologia fantastica are that,: 1) the stories are not entirely improbable and often have some element of truth. They aren't a manifestation of delusion or some wider form of psychosis: upon confrontation, the person can acknowledge them to be untrue, even if unwillingly A compulsive liar is said to have a serious mental disorder or problem, which is to be rectified 2) the fabricative tendency is long lasting; it is not provoked by the immediate situation or social pressure as much as it originates with the person's innate urge to act in accordance. 3) a definitely internal, not an external, motive for the behavior can be clinically discerned. E.g. long lasting extortion or habitual spousal battery might cause a person to lie repeatedly, without the lying being a pathological symptom. 4) the stories told tend towards presenting the person in question in a good light. For example, the person might be presented as being fantastically brave, knowing or being related to many famous people.
