You seem to realise that the way to get any pressure on the prostate gland is through the anus. I would think a well-lubricated finger, or well lubricated toy would be the answer. Just remember how much the nurses and doctors in A&E will laugh if you lose anything up there or lacerate your delicate anal lining..... and it does happen, so be careful.

you are weird man. you want your thingy tickled huh? well, this is how it's done. when your girlfriend is giving you head or a hand job, ask her to rub or put some firm, light pressure on the area between your balls and your bunghole whilst she's at it. i tell you, if you come with a chick pressing that area (prostate gland) you'll come like crazy....
