Cubs and Indians I believe. I think both teams are going to make the playoffs. According to Baseball Prospectus, Cleveland should have won somewhere around 88 games last year. With Sizemore (going to be one of the best players in baseball) and Hafner, along with Sabathia, etc...this team is a force to be reckoned with.

There's a pattern developing in MLB. Since the 3 yrs that the Yankees won the WS, teams with little or no success are winning the Big One the following year.
The Diamondbacks
The Angels
The Marlins
The Redsox end their cursed drought.
The White Sox
All of this may point to the Cubs finally having that "Next Year" that Chicago has been talking about for 100 yrs now.
They've already done something that, in my opinion, has broken the curse. SPENT THE $$$$$$. Thank You J. Hendry.
The reason the Cubs are the most improved team.......They've not only added talent to all areas of the roster, but they've renewed the spirit of Cubs fans by finally doing what it takes to be competitive.

GO CUBS!!!!!

Upgraded: Brewers; The Phillies and purple Sox already had tremendous communities yet now the Brewers come from a third position crew to a a threat NL major divison contender. Honorable mentions: Orioles, Athletics. Downgraded: Blue Jays; lost out on Marcum, searching like cellar dwellers doubtlessly. Honorable mentions: D-Backs, Twins, Rays (no longer as a lot as all and multiple thinks), Yankees (lost out on some gamers and if Petitte retires, seems worse), Astros.

hmm.. I would definitely say Atlanta... There pitching was atrocious last year, but they've shored up the bullpen with Soriano and Gonzalez. They get a proven arm in Mike Hampton back, combined with the development of Francouer, McCann, Chuck James and a cast of other young players. The Braves will be the answer and will have the most improved record in baseball.

Indians. They picked up alot of pitchers b/c thats where they hurt the most last year. If they had good pitching they should of gone far last year. They got another out fielder in Nixon where they could use some one to help them out. I think they learned a great lesson about what did and did not happen last year and will turn things arround for the 2007 season.

Cubs have IMPROVED a lot!!!

All we have to hope for is for all of them to stay healthy.
They will be very deadly. I would not want to face the Cubs in the WS with Zambrano on the mound and Lee, Ramirez, and Soriano. Extreme Threat to all teams. Cubs are no longer the team that is cursed. Cubs are now a money spending team!!! This is what they needed to do!!!

GOOD LUCK CUBS!

GO RED SOX!!!
