it simply means the dirty red neck/rocker/prep look. like boys with blond hair, blue eyes tight ragged jeans with an AC/DC shirt for example. for girls its the cheerleader attitude and look.

I guess it would mean that it looks like your family past down their looks to you from like every since america begun. but who really knows what that is since in america people are so mixed due to how diverse america is

they usually mean white in appearance and clean cut facial hair with kinda short hair on head
