Here is the Mass child support site:

http://www.mass.gov/?pageID=doragencylanding&L=4&L0=Home&L1=Individuals+and+Families&L2=Help+%26+Resources&L3=Child+Support+Enforcement&sid=Ador

Find your local child support agency and ask that they ENFORCE their order. On the left side of the Mass page is a link to their enforcement programs. Ask that they utilize those programs in your case.

good luck with this unfortunatly mothers have it hard in alot of ways especially when it comes to dead beat dads....the only thing i can say is to make sure you inform the child support people of where he is working and they may be able to contact his employer to have it taken out of his check.....i know a woman who went 7 years without being paid anything and now she gets his tax returns every year....it will happen just hang in there

If you know where he is working fax your court order for child support to them and them will have to take it out of his pay. Also contact your child support agency and tell them where he is working and if you don't know tell them you know he is working and for them to run his SS# and send a wage with holding. you have to stay on them. There is also different sites that will also help you collect your support with a court order. STAY ON TOP OF IT! I DID FOR 19 years!
