Try clearing out your cookies and temporary files from your web browser (in Explorer, go to tools then options). If that doesn't work, go to the main Webkinz page or the newspaper and use the "contact" link to email them.

You have to go and chanege your color then try to chat but if that doesn't work just keep trying. that happened to me once
