Rudy Guliani has no experience at federal level government. He was a mayor for crying out loud!
The most experienced are Clinton, McCain, Edwards and a bunch of probable also rans. Obama has some experience and could make a good Veep. Guliani might make a good Veep to Mc Cain. With Rudy or Barak as Veep they can gain experience and maybe later run for the top office on their own.

Unfortunately my dream ticket isn't running, but I would really love to see Colin Powell running with Condaleeza Rice as his Vice president. First of all it would give us two smart, decent capable leaders, and second of all it would give the left fits trying to campaign against the first black president and vice president without using the character assasination that is now called campaigning.
