Slim bootcut dark wash jeans.

White, slim cut, fitted shirt (or any other color for that matter)

Shirt tucked in.

Black dress shoes--- flat toe or slip ons.

A nice, black belt.

Black blazer.

GO!

That will look nice. I think I'd go with a fitted shirt, or one that's a little baggy but not huge. Flip flops are beachy, not business casual. I don't know why your prof would care about your outfit, though. At my school, at least, everyone wears sloppy-looking clothes, and I don't think the profs notice.

yeaa that sounds really good.. and the shirt should be fitted.

and i love flip flops and jeans but some people dont. dont wear sneakers like the other person suggested, that is not very professional. i would wear brown leather dress shoes or flip flops.

The outfit in your question would be better than a black sweater. Blacks usually clash anyway, but it looks OK if it's a dress shirt and slacks. A black sweater with black dress pants looks very cheesy, a little 1987. As for the white shirt, it's not disrespectful; it would just make you look like a waiter.

pants - ok!

shirt - not too baggy nor fitted, just have enough space to let some air in, it'll look hot!

flip-flops? - nah, settle for white sneakers, it's not exactly formal but its enough to give a good impression!

- and oh.. i like guys in white

Yeah that's fine, but don't wear the flip flops. Just wear some plain black shoes.

Sounds hot! just go for a slightly fitted (not clingy, you need room to breathe) shirt...and wear a white t-shirt underneath just in case the shirt is see-through. and pleeease....skip the flippers.....go for a shiny or even matte black shoe. VERY business-casual! GOOD LUCK! :-}

Pants : keep 'em caz it'z kinda like the weekend - cute but still serious look

Shoes: i personally think that u would wanna go with some Hugo Boss black shoes or something like that .....flip-flops won't go that welll with the whole image boosting thing
