how to make your psp like a windows vista version?

well over the internet i seen people with psp with like windows vista versions on the psp so how can i get windows vista or xp on my psp like a computer for free or for cheap.
Also how can i control my a computer with my psp wat softre i need.
I saw some people do that for fun i was jus curious to know.

You need a psp with 1.5 firmware or be able to degrade to and then upgrade to 3.0 from 1.5 with a new os installed all with out bricking you PSP (BRICKING is killing it)

Just to note some people will give information to get you to brick your psp because they think its funny for you to have a broken psp.

Don't suggest doing it unless you able to take the risk
