Not that I'm aware of. It sounds more like you are coming down with something. I get sleepy but don't usually get a fever. Fever is a sign of infection of some sort.

Fever: NO

Really sleepy: Yes. Many women get very fatigued during their periods. But, since you may have a bug because of the fever, this may not be normal for you at this time.

The fever may be caused by an illness. Having a fever is not a normal part of having your period. See your doctor.

I've never had a fever, but I always get sleepy when my period rolls around, but I'm just guessing that maybe you are low in Iron, that usually causes fatigue especially during your period when you are losing blood

yes and no. Some women do get sick with fever, etc before and during their period and also very sleepy. There is a name for it, but its a long medical term and dont remember it.
or there is a chance you are just sick.

Fever? do you mean that you checked your temp. and found it high
if SO that might indicate you have a infection or only your body react to whats happening by increase temp.
feeling sleepy and tired that's common

No, fevers and periods do not come together. If this happens all the time, you should go see your doctor.

yeah. Really weird things can happen during your period. Ive noticed i barley eat at all and im never hungry before my period, but when i am hungry i crave sweets!!!

It is definitly normal to be very tired and feeling alittle down while on your period.

yeah it happens to me, it sucks. i find working out boosts enery level a little but still feel tired
