Is Mozilla Firefox better than Internet Explorer or Internet Explorer better than Mozilla Firefox. Please answer! I have both of them, but I don't know which is better. I think that Firefox is faster than Internet Explorer. Please answer and explain.

Okay, thanks! Right now, I'm using Firefox and it's so fast! Way more faster than Internet Explorer. Yahoo keeps on recomending Internet Explorer, but I don't know why. They should recomend Mozilla Firefox instead. Now, I'm switching to Mozilla Firefox.

Fire Fox is faster and it has way better security than IE, IE has alot of security isues

Firefox is, in my oppinion, superior to Internet Explorer in every way.
It's faster, safer, easier to use... But the one aspect that wins me over again and again are the add-ons.
There are thousands!
Adblock Plus - block ads - flash ads, banner ads, etc. and save the bandwidth and the cookie hassles that these would have created.
Download Statusbar - puts your downloads at the bottom of your screen instead of an irritating pop-up.
FoxyTunes - control your music player without leaving Firefox.
Noscript - increase your security by only allowing JavaScript when it's needed!
CookieSafe - increase your privacy by only allowing cookies when they're needed!
AJAX Yahoo! Mail - open and read 1 to 10 to 20 e-mails all on one page.
All in all, the web's a lot easier and more fun in Firefox.

Waaay better. There are fewer pop us on Firefox than Internet Explorer. That alone is a reason to switch. Plus most viruses are written for Explorer.

Mozilla Firefox is the better browser because it will work with most OS and since it's an open source browser, it has all kind of add-ons that you can use to customizing your browser. It's a do-it-all browser. IE 7 is still very buggy, many people are having problems with it. It doesn't have may add-ons and most add-ons are not free.

I'm a Mac user, so IE is right out the door. Didn't even come on my iMac. Of the others, I like Safari. FF does have lots of add on options, but nothing I can't live without. I don't have that many of them, but it seems like every other time I start FF it has to go get updates to the add-ons or the app itself…annoying. There's also a lot of little things particular to my work flow that Safari does better. I've only used Opera a bit. Seems ok, but almost has too many options.

Omg! Yes Fire Fox is 1000 times better then I.E.. I hate I.E i would never use that shyt u call a Web Browser ever again!
If Fire Fox for some reason closes down on u when u go to use it again it will restore the last web pages/sites u were on. Its the best Web browser out there in my opinion! I know alot of u other smart people out there think so too. Cus smart people stick with Fire Fox :D :D

Firefox is tons faster, its locks up less, has more available plug-ins, Multiple skins, once you get it going though, at initial load, (when you click it for the first time without it running) IE comes up aster, but those ew seconds arent even worth it, go firefox.

Firefox is better by a mile. Faster, more stable, more secure, better features, etc...
Opera (a different internet browser) is pretty good too.
