The only thing the dermatologist is probally going to say is use a product that contains the ingreident benzoyll peroxide and make sure it contains more than 2% of it. Use clearacil contains 10% which is stronger then proactive. or Acne free is stronger then proactiv as well, and u can find at any store.

try neutrogena. it does wonders for my skin and i have bad acne. i use the oil free acne wash and then the raid clear lotion. you dont have to spend a ton of money on stuff like proactive. it has the same stuff in it that most acne products have in it anyway. you can also try something that has sulfur in it. my stepsister uses it and her skin looks great.

anything from the dead sea is amazing. i had a dead sea mud soap one summer i got in the middle east and it cleared up my face. u can order it online. st ives apricot scrub for blemishes clears up my forehead acne...use a simple wash then high power treatment. like. cetaphil wash and clean and clear's benzol peroxide cream...i had terrible acne. and i went to the derm. its the only thing that has ever helped. i use cetaphil and biore pore unclogging scrub to wash. then differin cream. and im on solodyn. hardcore antibiotics. not completely clear but MUCH better than before.

go to

www.lush.com

for 60 dollars

1. a bar of fresh farmacy soap that contains calamine to reduce redness
2. tea tree water toner to reduce oilyness prone to acne
3. cosmetic lad...the most important rule of face care is to MOISUTRIZE!!! you need a good moisturizer to suit your needs such as this one that contains citrics + rosewood

if all else fails keep it organic...go to occidental, body shop, origins, aveda, bath and body works, any of which you can find at any shopping mall and ask them to reccomend a few things for your skin type

keep it cool and you might want to adjust your diet too! no mayo, + no dairy :)

and chill out! you don't need wrinkles
