Ladies, have you ever been tense and therefore sex hurt, cuz I think thats my problem. I always feel like I am going to get caught.

Of course if you are tense it is going to hurt. Your muscles are going to be contracted, making it harder for the man to penetrate you, and you probably aren't as lubricated as you could be because your mind and body aren't 100% into sex. Try not doing it where you think you are going to get caught.

one way to find out.. relax... painful sex could be from alot of things. the thought of getting caught usually causes people to get more excited not more tense..

Definitly. If you are tense then sex is going to hurt. If your muscles aren't relaxed then it will cause your partner to have to force himself inside of you. And if you are nervous, then you probally aren't very aroused, which means you probally aren't wet enough, which can also cause pain. Try to relax. :) Sex shouldn't be painful

then y do u do it the fear of getting caught will do that i think u should wait till u get ur own house then u will have no worries
