there is cleavage and then there is cleavage. pamela anderson bares it to the navel, where i don't have that type of body nor does i have implants! but i think if a woman wants to show cleavage, that is her right and it should not 'suggest' anything to any man other than it is the way she may like to dress. perhaps it makes her feel more feminine. perhaps it's best to accentuate the positive parts so that distracts from the negative parts. perhaps it's because cleavage is every where in fashion so why not? beats sweat suits, tshirts and the no shape clothing all to heck..but that's just this blondie's opinion

Well if I am wearing a low cut top then I know I should expect guys to look at my chest, so I just take it as a compliment. Unless they are so enthralled by my rack that they can't look me in the face while I'm talking to them, then I just find that really rude. But a passing glance is to be expected from most guys and is harmless.
