shampoo and conditioner? I'm about to take a shower and I think I'm going to use separte shampoo and conditioner, but I know it will be faster if I do a 2in1 but I really want shiny hair. Which do you use?

My hair is happiest when I rotate between an all in one shampoo / conditioner and then shampoo and conditioner separate on another day. At least once a week I condition with a coconut aroma conditioner - close my eyes...pretend I'm in the carribean. It is very relaxing.

I do 2 in 1 everyday and deep condition once a week. In the summer I cut back deep conditioning to every other week. Happy shower!
