All Japanese geisha are Asian geisha but all Asian geisha are Japanese geisha. Also all geishas are girls.

Don't know where you found any reference to "Asian geisha" Geisha is a Japanese word and the only authentic geisha are Japanese. There may be courtesans in other Asian countries, but they are not authentic geisha.

There are only Japanese Geisha...it does not exist in any other culture. And Geishas are not prostitutes...they are intellectuals and artists. A Geisha wears the bow of her Kimono on her back and a prostitute wears it on the front.

I DONT KNOW. well if u count the makeup n maybe the white powder,clothes,layers of clothes,to smile or not, and that a japanese geisha is a japanese geisha and an asian geisha is an asian geisha.

geisha is a term for Japanese women who are highly trained in the arts of conversation, literature, music, entertainment and being the perfect hostess for men with prestige and power.
