This morning when i woke up i went to the kitchen and saw that my wife was making breakfest ,so i said "good morning honey ,whats for breakfest" then i grabbed her butt ,she then "i'm gonna sue you for sexual harrassment" i was shocked by this ,i mean after 15 years of marrige and 3 wonderful kids she is going to sue me :( ,we are both 33 years old

I totally understand what your wife is going through - my husband is going through a phase of grabbing my a** lately and I'm getting a little annoyed. He does it in public, he does it if I'm cleaning or cooking or brushing my teeth, he does it in front of the kids - give it a rest! Are you related to my husband? Are you my husband? We've been married 16 years and have 3 kids and a wonderful marriage except for the recent addition of grabbing. Give a woman some respect!!!

Sexual harassment is only a legal claim in the workplace, not between a landlord and tenant. She owes either liquidated damages according to the lease, or the sum certain balance of the lease payments.

Dont think this exactly qualifies as sexual harassment but more as sexual assault. She would have to prove damage done so if she nots willing to show her "bare assets" in court for all the world to see, she has nothing. Besides what is she going to seek for damages, but I would have to tell you to quit making an a.s out of yourself.
