My daugter likes websites like millsberry and neopets.I don't want her to chat though. Please help!!!!!!!!

Gopets is also a great site. They allow parents to disable the chat component for children.

You can set your internet prefrences to sites of your choice. I don't blame you about the chat part. There are alot of physco on the internet , I would definetly keep her away from chatting sites , especially myspace. You would be amazed at what type of people are on the internet. For those who have myspace and read this I'm not trying to put myspace down.I just don't like the idea of talking to strangers ,over the internet,and giving out personal information. I would set your prefrences to only allow millsberry and neopets. You can even use a pop-up blocker to only allow the sites of your chosing.

There is a cool game on miniclip.com called club penguin. In the game you waddle around town and make friends. You can buy cool things if your a member. When you make an account you can put on safe chat where all of the phrases are there for you. Ones such as hi and do you want to go to the pet shop.You can take a short cut without miniclip by just going to www.clubpenguin.com. I love the game and so does my brothers.

On millsberry you can't really chat just send messages like.... " happy birthday or like a joke..." it's ok

Don't worry about it. Just tell her to be careful. I used to be into neopets and there are so many things to do besides chat, and chatting would be the last thing on the list to do.

you should try www.disneychannel.com. My young cousins would go on it. There is something to mail disneychannel stars but it really isn't chatting.
