It will come back. When exactly is a harder question to answer. It all depends on the internet provider for the website. If they have already used their bandwidth for the month then it won't be back until next month or until the website owner pays for more bandwidth.

Bandwidth refers to the amount of traffic the website is allowed. The website owner would pay for a certain amount of bandwidth (usually per month). The website you were trying to use has used all the bandwidth they were allowed.

I suspect it will be back within a couple of days.

That means whoever was running the site has met their bandwidth limit (the amount of data they are allowed to transfer) so before the site comes back they must either upgrade their account or pray the provider will give them some leeway and temporarily enable the account again. Or it could just be a fluke, that happens too.

when it says Bandwidth limit exceeded it means that the company that the site is based from is busy. bandwidth is how many things your computer can do at once. Many companies use high bandwidth equipment so that they can handle as many visitor's as possible. just try refreshing the page or try again in a few minutes. You will probably have to restart your order but other than that it should be fine.

OK...
behind the address you typed there is a computer (server), this computer is connected to the internet so people can access his informations (in your case a web page).
So if the computer is connected to the internet, the network admin in witch network that computer is, allocate some internet band for each user in his network. So that server has a limited (certain amount) of band to use, so when people browse pages stored on that computer, actually they use from the internet band allocated to that computer, when more people come and browse the band consumption is higher until the last bite. So as long as that amount of people stay connected to that page and the computer's bandwidth hosting the page is full, you won't be able to access it.
So it;s a matter of time, try again later as they said.

Good Luck

The website that you were at has a server that receives input from other computers, and it can only handle a preset number of computers at one time, when you go over the preset number you are exceding the servers limits(or bandwidth)- trying to explain in simple terms.

The site you are trying to access has reached their monthly downloading limit. They can either pay extra to get back on line or just wait until the new month on their contract starts. They should be back sometime.
