What is wrong with people! Tyra looks like a fine, thick, goddess and people are clowning her like she's 300 lbs! Ladies, would you rather have a body like Tyra or a body like Paris Hilton? Tyra is almost 6 ft. tall so a little extra weight on her is nothing. I know a lot of girls that wish they were that "fat"! People need to stop hatin and leave Tyra alone cause she is finer than most of the women on the planet!

She's a beautiful girl but she's not the model figure anymore that made her famous. Which is fine, but she certainly isn't helping her own cause by putting STICK THIN girls on Top Model over and over.... they all look anorexic as hell.

I would definitely, hands down, much rather like to be like Tyra than Paris. This is the situation with people, when they see someone stick skinny like Nicole, they start talking smack. When they see someone curvy and beautiful like Tyra, they can't put themselves out there, and they start talking smack. Both ways, nobody wins. The media's full on coverage of anorexia has been enough. There have been dying models, because of anorexia! I guess people just don't get the point yet. Tyra said herself that the pictures were shot from an unshapely angle. Can't anyone understand that? It also could've been that the swimsuit didn't compliment her body as well as a tankini would have. The colors weren't too good either. Tyra may be a naturally curvy women, and not all women are stick skinny, because ladies and lads, that's not very appealing. Tyra is beautiful and always will be, till the day she does, because of her coming out with all this and her explanation of how everyone is beautiful, whether they're her size, or more. When people say that she's fat, she gets hurt by all this, because those offenders are also insulting other women that look like her. I'm sure you're all with me at some point.

What's wrong with people? Like the first girl who said that the models were skinny? I've just had a look at the show on Youtube (I don't live in the US) and they were not skinny. But Tyra Banks definitely was not fat! She looked fine!
Just because you don't look like a model doesn't mean you're fat.

Yes, I agree. I really like Tyra, she stands up for what she believes in. And she is NOT fat. She is beautiful! Tyra has 100 times more brain and beauty then Paris Hilton!

I agree! Tyra looks prettier than ever. It's nice to see a woman with some meat on her bones in the public eye and not walking sticks like Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie, etc.

I dont think shes fat at all. A little extra is better than nothing extra at all. I think people the size of Paris Hilton are a bit sickening to look at.

No, she isn't fat, but she has put on A LOT of weight in the wrong areas. She also needs to stop compensating for her weight gain with all these publicity stunts. We all gain weight. Geez. Fact of life. She needs to TONE UP. Regardless of your ex-model status or not, cellulite and stretch marks are not sexy. She also needs to ditch that ragged dusty blonde wig she's been rocking.

Tyra is awesome! She is stunning, and still skinny, and a great model for kids, she shows kids that they do not have to be 70 pounds to look gorgeous.
Everyone is special in their own way, and Tyra is special to me, she is my role model.

Beauty lies on the eyes of the beholder.. Looking back through the years, models in the '50s and '60s are not exactly thin either.. but they are still beautiful in their own way.. nothing to do with the weight...

Well, I fully aggree with you. Tyra is beautiful, and I for one love women with something soft to them. Who the hell wants a stick figure.
