If you were born in 1990, would you relate more the people born in the 80's, or those born in the rest of the 90's. And what would that generation be called ?

i was born in 1990 , and i relate more to the people born in the eighties because their either my age or older, i don't relate to people who were born in the rest of the 90s because their all younger

People born in the 80's are called the MTV generation and people born in the 90 are called the generation x

Gen. Y or the Millenium Generation spans from 1982-2000.
Being born in the first half of the 1980's I can say I don't have any friends born in 1990, but that's not a lot of evidence.
