Only remove one string at a time, so that you don't remove all the tension from the neck of the guitar. It makes it easier to get the guitar back in tune, because you can bring the one string back up to pitch right away. When starting the new string through the tuning peg there should be about 6 inches of slack in the string at the mid point, that will allow for enough coils on the tuning peg when you start turning the key.

Clip the old ones and pull them out of the back, through the bridge. Put the new ones in the same way, wind and tighten the strings. Clip the extra and re tune it.

Take the old ones off. Reverse the process with new strings.
