NO definately not!!! In the long run your parents know what is best for you.... And if you sit down and talk with them about it and why you want this piercing then maybe that will help them understand. And if they say no then you shouldn't do it... because you will get in a lot of trouble and in the long run it won't really matter if you do or don't....

it depends! if i am not yet an adult and i live under my parents roof i would definately ask there permission.
if i am an adult and i live on my own or even if i live with them that would be my decision but i would mention it to them so it wouldnt be a surprise when i do it.
