The answer is C.

Use the FOIL method. First, Inside, Outside, Last.

First: 2e times 2f becomes 4ef
Outside 2e times 8 becomes 16e
Inside -2f times 2f becomes -4f^2
Last -2f times 8 becomes -16

So, 4ef-16e-4f^2-16f is the answer.

use the FOIL rule for this one (First, Outside, Inside, Last)

(2e-2f)(2f+8)
=2e*2e -2f*2f+2e*8 -2f*8
=4e^2-4f^2+16e-16f
=4(e^2-f^2+4e-4f)

So C is your answer
