Can you help me this question?

If you lift a 125 N box using 30 N of force, how far was the box lifted?
This is my last question of my homework that i have no idea what is the fomula for this problem
You can just give me the fomula

If you use 30N of force to lift a 125 N box, it goes nowhere. You have to overcome the force of gravity (weight) before it can be lifted.
