They're definately real. He used to eat like a pound of hamburger and a celery stick a day and work out or some crazy s***. He used to be a body builder and his earliest movie roles were stuff like "hercules" where he could barely speak english and you could totally tell he was just in them cuz he was strong.

In his younger days he used to joing this body builder thing and he has this real nice muscle and i think he won the contest. Arnold Schwarzenegger have a real muscle.

that's absolutly impossible for a guy his age to have muscle groups that super with out human advance hormone or steroids...or perhaps then he cant be that super simply by fact adult adult males end producing as lots testosterone as they age. Its only previous age. He cant produce the muscle anymore. They're real thanks to steriods.
But body building doesn't necessarily mean they are the strongest. They focus on individual muscle parts that will accentuate their image. If they competed in competitions like world's strongest man, chances are they wouldn't win.
